IDEE PARTNERS TODAY - PATTERN GROUP
In 2021 IDEE PARTNERS joined Pattern Group, a group made of 12 companies located on 7 Italian regions, present on the main product categories (menswear and womenswear, clothing and accessories, still fabrics, knitwear and leather goods) starting from the R&D and engineering phase up to production.
In the same year IDEE PARTNERS finalized the acquisition of Petri&Lombardi, historical Tuscan leather goods company and in 2022 of RGB, specialised in the manufacturing and production of leather accessories.
These acquisitions aim at the consolidation of one of the biggest Tuscan Independent Hubs of Leather Goods, integrated both in the engineering and production activities.

The Group is present on the main product categories (menswear and womenswear, clothing and accessories, still fabrics, knitwear and leather goods) starting from the R&D and engineering phase up to production.

Pattern Group's mission is to find a coherent balance between handicrafts and technology.
To achieve this goal the Group constantly invests in research and development focusing on the entire process, from engineering to production. The virtual pattern making applied to the most sophisticated CAD 3D software and the implementation since 2020 of the Digital Warehouse in the plant of Turin, able to optimize the processes of the supply chain thanks to the development of blockchain and RFID technology, are the most recent examples of this vision.
Together with innovation and sustainability, Pattern Group keeps a keen eye on human resources. Since 2012 an internal Code of Ethics has been adopted - formally defining a clear company policy in relation to the social, organizational and work condition responsibility - and in 2021 the Group introduced the 231 Organization Model.
